Responsibilities:
Managing production of cosmetic, covers: man, machine, equipment, method, and continues improvement.
Pre-production follow up, responsible to achieve smooth production process and good quality product.
Controlling consistency dupply of raw material to production sute, manpower & machine balancing in production floor, quality of the product together with QA Manager.
Responsible for accomplishing delivery target and order quantity.
Making procedures and implement them in production floor.
Manage production plan team to drive related department to follow schedule of production.
Responsible to secure capacity of production, reduce price, and increase quality.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in cosmetic/pharmaceutical/textile industry is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
