Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, providing information, and transferring calls.
- Monitoring, receiving, greeting, and directing the staff or guests are coming and going.
- Receiving and selection message either by phone or letters then deliver it by courir.
- Answering the simple questions about the company using reference files.
- Doing administrative tasks, such as typing, filing and more.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
Proficient in indonesian & english (written and active speaking)
Computer Literate (MS. Office: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point).
